Shipping, returns and cancellations

Free shipping on every order, anywhere in India. Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours on working days and arrive in 3 to 5 days. You get tracking on WhatsApp and email.

If a product arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the parcel and the product. We send a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice. For hygiene reasons, opened products that arrived in good condition cannot be returned.

You can cancel an order any time before it ships: message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we refund you in full within 5 to 7 working days.
