Shipping
Free shipping on every order, across India. Orders ship within 3 days of payment.
Returns and replacements
If a product arrives damaged or wrong, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo, and we will replace it. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. JB Skincare is the exclusive importer of Repêchage in India and imports every product directly from the brands.
How do I cancel an order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number before it ships, and we refund you in full.
